The Problem

Brands like Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, and Honey Bunches of Oats are secretly poisoning your children and the planet, and it has to stop now. Every morning, millions trust in the safety of their breakfast cereals. Alarmingly, behind many familiar brands lies a silent, twofold threat. Glyphosate and other carcinogenic weedkillers are present in many cereals, posing a direct health risk. But there's another, less visible danger: the degradation of our soils due to current farming practices. These brands are farming in ways that are making our planet less able to sustain the production of food. This isn't just a breakfast issue – it's a crisis for future generations.

The Solution: Regenerative Agriculture

It’s not just about removing the bad; it’s about embracing the good. Regenerative agriculture offers a beacon of hope.

  1. Human Health: Glyphosate-free means a reduction in chronic health risks, and organic regenerative farming methods reduce the chances of other toxic chemicals entering our food.

  2. Climate Crisis Solution: Regenerative agriculture draws down carbon from the atmosphere. It’s a powerful tool against the escalating climate crisis.

  3. Prosperous Farmers: This approach improves yields over time without the heavy cost of chemical inputs, bringing more income and stability to farmers.

  4. Soil Revitalization: Healthier soils lead to more nutritious crops and a more resilient ecosystem. It’s a win-win.

The Role Of Giants

Kraft, Kellogg’s, General Mills, and Post – you are not just cereal producers; you're industry giants. Your decisions shape the agricultural practices of entire regions. You have the unparalleled influence to lead a shift that can end the climate crisis and drastically improve human health. Yet, while you have the potential to be part of the solution, right now, you remain part of the problem.

Our Demand

We, the undersigned, demand that Kraft, Kellogg’s, General Mills, and Post:

  1. Immediately phase out the use of glyphosate and other carcinogenic weedkillers in the production of all cereals.
  2. Commit to adopting 100% regenerative agriculture practices by 2030.
  3. Lead the way for other brands by being transparent about progress, sharing successes and challenges, and advocating for regenerative agriculture across the industry.

We ask for nothing less than a full commitment to the health of our children, our planet, and the future of agriculture.

This is not merely a petition; it's a plea for our children and the future of our planet.
